We integrated sustainable elements into our packaging where we could, even if that sometimes meant making a more expensive choice. 95% of all our packaging use recycled paper.
We know our food requires ingredients which we are unable to source around Berlin but we always try to source Local as much we can and work with seasonal produce.
Compaired to your average restaurant we have very little to zero food waste. Everything we cook is by pre-order only. This allows to buy ingredients and cook exactly what is required.
