Domaine Ligas, Roditis Barrique 2020

Lemon color and complex aromas of toast, bitter orange peel, lemon, citron, quince, tobacco and dough. In the mouth it has a rich body, crisp acidity and oily texture. Ripe citrus fruits are mixed with notes of apple, quince, dried nuts and toast.

Roditis Barrique 2020 is a Roditis that ferments with ambient yeasts and matures in old, large, oak barrels for 8-12 months. It is bottled unfiltered and the result is exuberant, intense and with a bold personality just like the great Melina Mercouri that appears on its label. Such a fabulous wine could only be bottled in a strictly limited number of bottles (2000 in total).
